Policies

General Shipping & Handling

  • International Shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders are processed at Winx within 1-4 business days, with the exception of pre-ordered items.
  • Your shipping charge options will be available at checkout and are generally calculated by USPS.
  • Shipment times may be delayed due to global pandemic occurrences. Once packages are shipped, tracking will be promptly provided to the customer via email. We apologize for any delayed experience thereafter, due to the pandemic's effect on all shipping carriers.
  • All orders are packaged with care in order to be delivered securely. Winx Candle Bar does not accept liability for products damaged while in the care of the shipping provider but please inform us if this does occur. If you received damaged goods, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim. 

Summer Shipping

  • Our main goal is to have your order arrive to you in the same condition it left our hands.
    • We ask that you assist us by doing your part to promptly retrieve your package when it is delivered, to avoid your candles sitting in the sun. 
  • Wax related products (candles, wax melts) will ship only Mon-Wed to attempt to avoid prolonged heat exposure sitting in a mail truck/facility over the weekend.
  • Summer packaging will include thermal bubble wrap and a cold pack to attempt to combat melting. 

Local Pickup

(Available in the D.C., MD, VA areas)

  • Contact-free pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 12p-7p but must be scheduled ahead. Please be prompt in picking up especially on high temperature days.
  • Upon arrival please ensure your order number and name listed are correct. 
  • You MUST provide your email for your order at checkout for pickup time coordination.
  • Please never share the pickup address.
  • Additional orders will not be taken at the pickup location.
  • No response to the pickup correspondence within 8 calendar days will result in cancellation and a refund. Any items ordered will be returned to stock.
  • Customers should check their email spam/junk folder if they have not received a pickup notification email within the processing window.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund past 14 days of your purchase date. Please notify us at info@winxcandlebar.com with your order number to initiate this process.
  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photo evidence of this mistake.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in it's original packaging & condition. 
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. It is recommended to purchase insurance & tracking in this case.
  • Once your returned item(s) is/are received, we will notify you via email of your pending refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Exchanges are not currently accepted. 

Safe handling instructions are included on your product as well as in some of the packaging. Winx Candle Bar LLC can not be held liable for any hazardous misuse or abuse of any products purchased.
